HIV Self-Testing
FLHRC now offers HIV self testing by mail or in person. Funded by CDC Foundation, in partnership with the Department of Health, FLHRC offers free HIV self testing and education to individuals at risk of HIV, including those who use drugs and sex workers.

Regional Harm Reduction Workgroups
FLHRC is funded by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing to host regional harm reduction workgroups across the state to facilitate collaboration between organization across sectors that are engaging in naloxone distribution.

Technical Assistance
The Collective partners with over 20 counties implementing or exploring harm reduction initiatives. We are happy to offer technical assistance with the development of a harm reduction or syringe service program in your county.
